I cannot understand why people accept and allow litter and mess like this in the street. Their own homes are immaculate yet just outside they accept this as normal in streets and on beaches . Why? Because no one takes responsibility, it's someone else's problem. Until that is changed into a collective responsibility, I fear nothing will change .
